Lower School Conferences (No School N-5th) Rainbow Room Open 8-6

This meeting is an opportunity for caregivers and teachers to celebrate student progress to date and to share goals for future. Due to this being a busy day with many adults on campus that day, parents are asked to park in the back lot. We look forward to seeing you!

    Admin Oversight: Michelle Feiss

Middle and Upper School Parent Conferences

Progress Reports represent the halfway point in the semester, and it falls on October 29th this year. Progress reports will be available to view on MyACS prior to conferences so you will be able to review the grades and comments. Conferences will take place on Thursday, November 3rd after school and all day on Friday, November 4th. There will be no classes on that Friday, so we can meet with as many parents and students as possible between Thursday after school and the full day Friday. Students are welcome to come along to join their parents at the conferences, although it is not mandatory. Each parent will have about 12 minutes with each teacher, and this is a great opportunity to hear how your students are doing. This year we are offering both in-person and Zoom conference options for your convenience. As a reminder, conferences will take place during the following dates and times:

    • Thursday, November 3rd: 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
    • Friday, November 4th: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
