Performance ensembles in the Middle and Upper School will delight the AC community with musical selections from their first-semester repertoire. Attire for performers is All-black professional attire (dress or skirt, pants, shirt, etc., not to include jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers), with optional addition of an accent color for each concert (scarf, tie, socks, headband, necklace, etc. - be creative!). Arrival time for performers is 6:30. All are welcome!
Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will perform music and dance selections, demonstrating their learning in music classes. In addition to the full-class performances, the 5th Grade Band members will give their first performance of the year. Performers are asked to wear clothes conducive to movement (or uniform if it's easier) and arrive between 6:30 and 6:45. All are welcome as we kick off this festive season!
Once a month the Nursery and Pre-K students wear a specific color or pattern as they learn about different colors, shapes and patterns in their classrooms. Please join us in helping our youngest students celebrate the color or pattern of the month and wear what's specified in the calendar listing above!
