AC3's and Pre-K families will gather near the preprimary playground to enjoy a picnic lunch. The school year concludes at 1:00 p.m. (following picnic). Rainbow Room Jr. will be open from 1:00 to 6:00 for the children that are regularly scheduled for afternoon care. -

Lower School Moving On Day
- Moving On Ceremony (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) - Friday, June 12th
We will conclude the year with our Kindergarten through 5th grade classes in the CPC at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 12th. We will start the celebration together promptly in the CPC and classes will then gather by grade level to share special memories and achievements with their parents, classmates, and teachers. Please drop off your child at Columbia Circle by 8:15 a.m. We ask that you park in the back lot by the Gannett Gym and meet us in the CPC at 8:30 a.m.Please note: Students will be dismissed at 10:00 a.m. on this day. For families who have registered, Rainbow Room is open at 10:00 a.m. for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade and Rainbow Room Jr. is open starting at 8:00 a.m. for students in AC3s and Pre-K. If you have any questions, please contact Brooke Wheeler. We look forward to seeing you in person as we celebrate our 2025-2026 school year!

Commencement
4245 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14618Commencement will be held on Sunday, June 14th at 1:00 p.m. Students should arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 for photos. We will then travel to Nazareth University's Jane and Laurence Glazer Music Performance Center. For those who are unable to attend in person, we hope you can view our ceremony virtually. HAC Seabreeze Night
We hope you will join us for this fun event, rain or shine! The water park will be open from 6 - 8 p.m. that evening and rides will be open from 6 -10 p.m.
Tickets are $30 each
Please note that parents must accompany their children, as supervision is not provided. -
