Monday
Creative Dance with Ms. Smiarowski
PreK–Kindergarten | 3:30–4:30
Stretch, jump, leap, turn, and create new shapes with your body! This multi-sensory class nurtures imagination, motor skills, brain-body connection, and joyful expression through dance and music. Students will warm up with “BrainDance” and use scarves, instruments, streamers, and more to explore movement. Open to all genders and abilities; no prior dance experience required.
No classes on October 6th or Indigenous People’s Day, October 13th.
Welcome to RPG Tabletop Games with Ms. Offord
Grades 3–6 | 3:15–4:30
Calling all adventurers! Students will sample role-playing games like Kids on Bikes, Hero Forge, and Dungeons & Dragons. Together, they’ll create characters, solve challenges, and explore magical worlds in a fun, collaborative setting. Snacks and materials provided. This class serves as a prerequisite for joining the advanced AC D&D clubs.

International Exploration with Ms. Crowe
Grades 1–5 | 3:30–4:30
Pack your bags and get ready to travel the world! Students will “fly” to different countries through stories, music, art, food, and hands-on activities. Along the way, they’ll design passports, luggage tags, and more while learning about cultures around the globe.

LEGO Engineering with Mr. Godkin
Grades 4–8 | 3:30–4:30
Students will tackle engineering challenges using LEGO bricks while exploring creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking. (Full description coming soon.)

Thursday
Return to D&D with Ms. Offord and Mr. Youngblut
Grades 3–6 | 3:15–4:30
For returning players, this class continues the Dungeons & Dragons campaign begun in past AC sessions. Students will deepen their skills with character stats, spellcasting, and ability checks as they jump into an advanced campaign starting at Level 6. Snacks and materials provided.
The Zine Scene: Intro to Indie Publishing with Ms. Gill
Grades 4–8 | 3:30–4:30
Students will explore the world of zines and independent publishing, creating their own works through writing, illustration, and design. The session culminates in a student-led Small Press Book Fair, giving participants the chance to showcase and share their creations while building media literacy and community connections.
