Once a month the Nursery and Pre-K students wear a specific color or pattern as they learn about different colors, shapes and patterns in their classrooms. Please join us in helping our youngest students celebrate the color or pattern of the month and wear what's specified in the calendar listing above!
AC Parent/Caregiver Affinity Groups are designed to facilitate the following:
• Discuss issues that support AC's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and priorities
• Hold space to identify issues relevant to and through the lens of group participants
• Build capacity for cross group dialogue and more inclusive spaces
• Connect issues relevant to the groups to the larger community
The affinity groups are not intended to imply that all families share the same experience. Rather, the groups provide the opportunity for reflection, dialogue, and support, and the capacity to build more inclusive spaces.
The affinity group will meet virtually via Zoom invite!
